خواب خوش:

در ادبیات فارسی، خواب، به‌ویژه خواب خوش، نماد امید، آرزو، یا دریافت پیام‌های ناخودآگاه است. شاعر (حافظ )دارد حالتی رؤیایی و دلنشین را توصیف می‌کند.
ماهی:واژه‌ای دَوپهلوست. در فارسی کلاسیک «ماهی» گاهی به‌معنای ماه آسمان (زیبایی چهره، معشوق) به‌کار می‌رود و گاهی به‌معنای ماهی دریا (صید مطلوب). حافظ با این ایهام بازی می‌کند.
درآمدن ماهی:می‌تواند به‌معنای «طلوع ماه» یا «به‌دست آمدن صید» باشد. در هر دو حالت، نماد رسیدن به مقصود، کامیابی یا وصال محبوب است.
